At Portland Shroom House, we are committed to providing a discreet, secure, and professional delivery experience for all our educational materials and merchandise.

1. Discreet Packaging (Privacy First)

We understand the importance of privacy in your wellness journey.

 * Plain Packaging: All orders are shipped in unmarked, tamper-evident packaging. There is no mention of “Shroom House” or “Psilocybin” on the exterior of the box.

 * Return Address: For your privacy, the return address will display as “PSH Fulfillment” or our parent corporate name, ensuring your business remains your own.

2. Processing & Handling

 * Processing Time: All orders for physical goods (apparel, books, journals) are processed within 1–2 business days.

 * Service Interruptions: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or federal holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, we will notify you via your preferred secure contact method.

3. Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer flat-rate and expedited shipping options within the United States.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been handed to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that tracking information may take 24 hours to go live. To maintain your privacy, the email subject line will be titled “Shipping Confirmation: Order #[Number]

6. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Items

Portland Shroom House is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we value your experience:

 * If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 * Contact our support team at sales@portlandshroomhouse.com and we will assist you in the claims process with the carrier.
